The Administrative Accounting Department is responsible for organizing, tracking and effectively maintaining the financial activity of the Clerk of Court's office. Its duties include establishing and issuing payroll for the office staff, remitting payment on office accounts and reviewing financial statements. The staff balances all incoming funds from fees collected in each department, and also from the deposits submitted for suits to the Advance Deposit Fund.
In short, the Administrative Accounting department plays a role in all incoming and outgoing funds at the Clerk of Court's office, from the largest suit payment to the purchase of a box of pencils.
