The administrative office performs many functions on a daily basis, effectively interacting with all areas of the Clerk of Court's office and its procedures. Housed in this area are the offices of Clerk of Court Doug Welborn and his top administrator: Chief Deputy Joyce Dubois. The two work closely together in determining and revising policy and procedures for all of the departments; reviewing all incoming and outgoing financial and procedural data and reports; assisting the departmental heads in finding solutions to unique situations and inquires; and addressing the many public requests for information of a general administrative nature.
Clerk Doug Welborn takes pride in an excellent staff, well trained to offer the public the best service available. Through frequent interaction and an open policy designed to encourage feedback and teamwork, the administrative staff keeps abreast of all of the weekly situations throughout the departments. This policy has added immeasurably to the successful operation of the Clerk of Court's office.
