The main priority of the Collections Department is to collect money from outstanding court costs for Civil, Family, Probate and Adoption suits.

Bills are mailed monthly to the Attorneys and Litigants for court costs, either through a judgment wherein the Judge cast costs, or for pleadings that are filed in Suit Accounting and fees are not collected at the time of filing.

Addresses of Attorneys and Litigants are updated upon notification; new Attorneys are also entered into our system upon notification.
