The Data Indexing Department receives all notarial documents and UCC Financing Statements directly from the Recording Department as soon as they are recorded. Information from these records can be accessed from the alphabetical indexes or daily dockets.

UCC Financing Statements are entered into the Secretary of State's computer system within two days of the recording and can be accessed only through this system.
