Melvin Shortess term exp. 12-31-91, since there was no Congress. Elect. in '91 he ran in 1990. (rev 2/93)

**City Court was to run in 1994 but was held up due to litigation, they ran in Oct. 1995, however terms were to stay usual.

***RSCC elected in yr. 2000 and thereafter will take office @ Noon on 2nd Sat. following election.

++At 1st vacancy Subdist. 2 will be assigned to the letter div. being vacated & the term will remain 2001 no matter the div. term being vacated. The remainder of the div. will be in Subdist. 1. Subdistrict 2 Div E is abolished.
