FOR EVERY DOCUMENT RECORDED, THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL $30.00 FEE COLLECTED FOR THE JUDICIAL EXPENSE FUND (R.S. 13:992.1)
For Purposes of establishing the filing and recording fee, every document filed for recordation:
Shall be captioned as to type of act on the first page
Shall have on the first page a margin of two (2) inches at the top
Shall have a one (1) inch margin at the bottom and sides
Shall not have type size smaller than eight (8) point
Any document not in compliance shall be charged an additional ten ($10.00) dollar non-compliance fee.
Unless specified otherwise, the recording fee schedule shall be as follows:
