The Registry of the Court fund is maintained by the Clerk of Court's office. The funds deposited into the Registry are accrued from various court-ordered proceedings to be held in interest-bearing accounts until a Judge signs an order allowing the funds to be disbursed.

Examples of deposited funds include probates and tutorship proceedings in which the funds are held until recipients are of a legal age, expropriation cases, concursus matters, cash bonds, and jury bonds. Several other court actions may also find funds being ordered for deposit into the Registry.

A Certified Copy of a signed Order of Judgment must accompany any withdrawals from or deposits to the Registry of the Court.
