Dear Customer:

            Digital imaging has been a long-standing goal of our office and we are very happy to see it become a reality.  I am proud to announce that on July 14, 2008, the following will be viewable from our On-line Services:

-Mortgage, Conveyance and Map indices from January 1, 1986 through the current date

-Images of Mortgage, Conveyance and Map records from January 1, 1986 through the current date

-UCC Records from January 1, 2007 through the current date

            Beginning on July 14, using your currently assigned user name and password, you will be able to access all of the above-mentioned images through this website. We will be constantly adding records over the next several months and by year’s end we hope to provide access to records from January 1, 1973 forward, as well as the addition of remote printing capabilities.

            To accommodate digital imaging of Mortgage and Conveyance records and to allow immediate public access, we will modify our recording procedures in July 2008. Additionally, due to our concern for the privacy of Social Security numbers, those numbers will be redacted from all images accessible through our On-line Services.

            I hope you find our new services beneficial and convenient.  Our office will still offer the highest standard of customer service as technology enhances our ability to serve you.  If you have any other questions or comments, or for more information on subscribing to our On-line Services, please call our MIS Department at 389-5295.  Thank you for your continued support as we implement these improvements.
